By accessing or using TaskDash ("Website" or "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Continued use constitutes acceptance of all terms, including future modifications. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Definitions

- "Client": A user submitting tasks through TaskDash.

- "Specialist": Pre-screened, trained professionals performing tasks.

- "Project Manager": TaskDash representative managing task intake, client communication, and assignments.

- "Supervisor": TaskDash representative supporting Specialists during task execution.

- "Credits": Units purchased by Clients to access Services.

3. Service Overview

TaskDash connects Clients with certified Specialists to complete tasks. Key processes include:

3.1 Task Submission & Review

- Clients submit tasks via forms, including descriptions, deadlines, tools, and attachments.

- Project Managers review submissions for clarity, feasibility, and completeness.

- Clients may be asked to clarify instructions or provide tutorials (e.g., Loom videos).

3.2 Task Assignment & Execution

- Tasks are assigned to primary specialists with backups (Secondary specialists) to ensure continuity.

- Specialists are certified for specific tools/tasks and compensated based on estimated time, incentivizing efficiency.

3.3 Quality Assurance

- Completed tasks undergo review by Project Managers for adherence to instructions. Revisions may be requested. Supervisors monitor specialists performance and provide support.

3.4 Client Feedback & Adjustments

- Clients rate tasks and provide feedback. Credits are adjusted based on actual time spent, reviewed manually.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Client Obligations

- Provide accurate, complete task details (e.g., deadlines, formatting, software access).

- Respond promptly to clarification requests.

- Notify TaskDash of scope changes (see Section 6).

4.2 Specialist Obligations

- Complete certified tasks efficiently and per instructions.

- Report issues to Supervisors promptly.

5. Task Management

5.1 Recurring Tasks

- TaskDash prioritizes assigning the same specialist for consistency but does not guarantee availability.

5.2 Scope Changes

- Minor changes (within 30 minutes of submission) are free.

- Major changes may require renegotiating deadlines or creating new tasks.

5.3 Reassignment & Backup

- If a Specialist cannot complete a task, the Project Manager reassigns it.

- Clients are notified of delays.

6. Payments, Credits & Refunds

6.1 Credits

- Credits are deducted based on actual time worked, adjusted after task completion.

6.2 Refund Policy

- Eligible Refunds: Unused credits within 14 days of purchase; service errors (at TaskDash’s discretion).

- Non-Refundable: Used credits, promotional credits, services >14 days old.

Process: Submit refund requests [email protected] with proof of purchase.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

By using Services, you consent to data collection, including task-related files and communications.

8. Limitations of Liability

TaskDash is not liable for:

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits).

- Specialist errors, delays, or data loss, provided reasonable care was taken.

- Third-party tools (e.g., Propstream, CRMs) used by Clients/Specialists.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, as well as any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the TaskDash Website and services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By using our Website and services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California, United States of America for the resolution of any disputes.
